MEMBERSHIP TYPES

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP

 

This membership is open to those persons concerned primarily with programming activities in a health facility under the laws of the State of Indiana. All applications for membership shall be subject to approval by Board of Directors. Each member shall have voting rights at all meetings of the membership of the Association.

RETIREE

This discounted membership was created for those individuals that are no longer working and living on a limited income. This membership does not apply to you if you have transferred out of activities into another department and are continuing to work. Retiree Membership shall be open to selected, qualified and approved individuals recommended by an individual or facility, and approved by the Board of Directors. Retiree members shall have full rights as individual members.
