Indiana Activity Director’s Association Vendor Application Fall Conference October 22-25, 2019
Thanks for your interest in IADA and continuing support.
1. This is a one day event on October 24.
2. Vendor table fee: 1st table is free, 2nd table is $10.00.
3. All meals at the conference must be purchased at the registration table.
4. The IADA Board has decided not to continue the $5.00 certificates.
5. Please remember as a vendor, to bring a door prize to be given away during the conference.
6. Your vendor application for 2019 needs to be received by Saturday, October 12, 2019.
7. Please be set up and be ready no later than 9:30 AM (first break) on October 24. Other scheduled breaks are: 12 – 1 PM lunch, 2:30 break and 4:30 conclusion; in addition, the first educational event of the day begins at 8:00 AM. 8. All Vendors will be given an opportunity at 11:30 AM to talk briefly about their product.
